Our client is a major EU eCommerce brand you will know. We require Operations and Senior Operations skills based in and around Germany, specializing within Transport Logistics.

For this we require skills as below;

·        Ensuring the daily updated cross-departmental capacity planning for the location

·        Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as development of operations managers in various areas

·        Effective resource and workflow management

·        Analysis of KPIs by means of detailed reports, their interpretation as well as the derivation of action impulses and concrete measures

·        Responsibility for achieving the business case goals

·        Incident and escalation management

·        Representation function for the site management and close cooperation with the entire management team of the site as well as the works council
