Logistics Senior Operations Leader

We are looking for Logistics Leaders for our clients' Fulfillment Centres.

As a Senior Operations Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and down-to-earth attitude, you plan, manage and develop your area in a targeted manner based on relevant key figures.

Exchange ideas closely with the location's management team, lead your team of operation managers professionally and disciplinarily and take responsibility for their further development as managers

Plan, control and develop the processes at the site together with your operation managers in order to continually find new approaches for optimizing processes

Ensuring daily, cross-departmental capacity planning for the location as well as effective resource and workflow management

Analysis of KPIs using detailed reporting, their interpretation and the derivation of impulses for action and concrete measures

Responsible for planning and achieving business case goals

Incident and escalation management

WE WOULD LIKE TO GET TO KNOW YOU IF

Completed business, technical or comparable studies and at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable management position

You have a very good understanding of numbers, are technically versed, know warehouse management systems in detail and ideally have in-depth knowledge of methods in Six Sigma or Lean Management

Innovative strength and a constant look outside the box

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English

Experience in dealing with and negotiating with the works council

Enjoyment and experience of optimally using people's strengths at the head of a management team, motivating them and thereby leading them to success

Excellent communication skills and networking mentality
