Our client is a real market leader in HVAC equipment across the world.
They are looking for an exceptional Area Sales Manager for their clients in the NE/South Scotland area. This would be to sell client products within the area and maintain the client brand name amongst consultants, contractors, specifiers, facility managers and end-users.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. To sell client HVAC systems and develop the business within a designated geographical area in the UK
2. To identify sales opportunities, prospect new business, follow up technical enquiries, make technical selections, conduct site surveys, produce quotations and manage the sale to completion
3. To develop and maintain close relationships with key account holders
4. To be aware of cross selling opportunities regarding other products
5. To deliver Continuous Professional Development (CPD) seminars to consultants, contractors and end users as required
6. To engage in personal Continuous Professional Development in terms of developing knowledge, skills and competencies
