Field Service Applications Specialist (Electrical Systems) Field Service Engineer

Our client is a leader in the manufacture and distribution of electrical systems such as

lighting and shade solutions. We are looking for an electrical systems specialist to be the

first point of call to our clients. Duties are as follows;

- Support commercial and residential business by travelling to customer job sites

- Deliver exemplary customer service to customers in the field.

- Become proficient in servicing, troubleshooting and repairing Systems while following field

  service procedures.

- Coordinate with on-site contractors, lighting designers and facility managers to ensure proper

  system installation and handover.

- Sell service products, such as service contracts, and system upgrades

- Participate in Customer Education sessions

Person Specification;

- 2-year degree minimum in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Computer Science or Computer Science

- 3-5 year hands-on electronic or A/V experience

- Knowledge in lighting controls, building management systems or computer networking is a plus

- Strong problem solving skills

- Ability to travel internationally overnight more than 80% regularly

- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self motivated

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Self motivated

- Valid Driver’s license

- Fluency in English plus Italian or French or German or Spanish is essential.
