Our client is a Consultancy seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor for their client projects. They are known for their high-quality work, especially within M&E Projects and client care with an onus on developing M&E relationships within Education, Healthcare or Commercial sectors.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor your work will provide services to clients such as:
· Six Facet Condition Surveys
· Building surveys
· Planned maintenance
· Historical building expertise
· Defect analysis
· Fire & flood reinstatement
· Asset management
· Reinstatement cost assessments
· Planning & listed building consent
· Building regulations
· Dilapidations
· CDM principal designer
· Project Management
· Contract Administration
Your role will include:
· Complete Commercial Building Surveys
· Preparation and defence of Dilapidation claims.
· Due Diligence Surveys
· Party Wall Surveys
· Project Work
The workload is extremely diverse. They have numerous specialisations that allow their employees to enjoy a mixture of Professional and Project Building Surveying work, ensuring that their skills are always up to date in the majority of disciplines.
To be considered for this role you must be at least member level of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. You must also be an ambitious driven individual who is looking to further your career at a successful organisation. M&E Project experience in the Commercial/Education/Healthcare sectors is necessary.
